New release

OCPI roaming is live.

Your chargers appear on partner networks, and theirs appear on yours. Sessions, tariffs and charge detail records move between operators over the open protocol, so a driver on someone else's account can start a session on your hardware and the money still finds you.

Credentials
Registration and token exchange, so each platform knows who it is talking to.
Locations
Sites, connectors and live status, published to every partner you connect.
Sessions
The state of a charging session while it is running, on either network.
CDRs
The charge detail record that closes a session and settles it.
Tariffs
Pricing travels with the location, so a roaming driver sees the real rate before plugging in.
Commands
Remote start and stop, issued across the link rather than only from your own app.

One integration instead of one per partner, and no roaming hub in the middle taking a cut.

  • eMSPElectric Mobility Service Provider

Chargers from other networks are onboarded and made available on the Plugeasy platform, so your drivers reach them without a second account.

  • CPOCharge Point Operator

Your chargers are published to partner platforms, so your network appears in their apps and their drivers can start a session on your hardware.

Compatibility

Tested with the widest range of chargers.

The system is vendor agnostic. Mixed fleets are the normal case, not the exception, and nothing here assumes you bought all your hardware from one place.

What we sell

Three ways to run a charging network.

Take the whole system, build your own on the protocol layer, or let a driver start a session with nothing but the camera already in their hand.

  • The Plugeasy CMS dashboard, showing station status, monthly revenue and recent charging sessions.

    Live dashboard

Self-healing

Your chargers fix themselves.

Faults are detected, diagnosed and remediated remotely. Most never reach a technician, and most never reach your customer.

  1. 01

    Detect

The fault is raised the moment the connector reports it.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

The system identifies the fault class without a site visit.

  3. 03

    Remediate

A remote remediation runs and the connector returns to service.

Settlement

T+3

Payout, every three days

The network runs itself. You collect.

Payouts settle every three days and split with your partners automatically, on the share you set. Every transaction is invoiced the moment it ends, and every report exports in full.

01Automatic partner split
Revenue divides on the share you configure, at settlement, without a reconciliation step.
02Invoice per transaction
Downloadable invoices are issued for every charging session, for drivers and partners alike.
03Full transaction export
Export the complete transaction record for accounting, by date range, charger or partner.

Appless charging

Charging that starts with a camera.

A driver points their phone at the charger and the session begins. Google Lens, or any default phone scanner. No app to install, no account to create, no download between a customer and a sale.

Questions

Answers, before you ask for them.

What is smart charging, and what does it change for my network?
Smart charging schedules and shapes how power is drawn across your chargers rather than delivering it all on demand. It keeps you inside your sanctioned load, reduces the demand charges that come with peaks, and keeps the network stable when several vehicles arrive at once.
How does the software improve day to day operations?
Faults surface the moment they happen and most are remediated remotely, so a technician is dispatched only when one is genuinely needed. Payouts, invoicing and reporting run without manual reconciliation. What is left for your team is the work that actually needs a person.
Can it run multiple stations across a network?
Yes. The system is built for distributed networks: many stations, many sites, mixed hardware, one console. Role management keeps each team scoped to what concerns them.
What does the energy management side do?
It manages when and how energy is delivered, balancing demand across the site against grid conditions. That is what keeps charging cost-effective for you and predictable for the distribution company on the other side of the meter.
What makes Plugeasy different?
Payouts settle on T+3 and split with partners automatically. Faults are diagnosed and repaired by the software before they reach a technician. Invoices are issued for drivers and partners alike. Access is role-scoped. And a driver can start a session with their camera, without installing anything.
How does billing and payment work?
Every session generates a transaction with its own invoice, issued the moment the session ends. Settlement runs on T+3 and divides revenue on the share you configure. Full transaction records export for accounting by date range, charger or partner.
Do you build custom solutions?
Yes. The CMS is configurable, and the OCPP APIs are available directly if you would rather build your own front end on top of the backend.
